EduCity Sports Complex fitness class programme includes Pilates. Pilates allows each individual to have increased muscle strength, flexibility and agility therefore reducing the chance of injury. Pilates allows an individual to increase postural alignment and core strength. Come along, get involved and reduce those injuries!
